JMR Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (JMRM), a subsidiary of JCB, operating in the manufacture and supply of asphalt mixes for road pavement work in both government and private sectors. The company successively expended its business activities by distribution of various other kinds of products for road works in housing schemes, highways and airport projects and other engineering related work.

JMRM also has a fully equipped testing laboratory located in its factory at Bukit Minyak, Penang. This laboratory monitors the quality of asphalt products, and also carries out research and development work.
